The collection and use of data for internal systems and statistical purposes
For technical reasons when you access our web-site your browser automatically transmits data to our server. This information covers the date and time of the access, the URL (address) of the web-site which referred you to us, the file(s) accessed, the time spent on our site, the volume of data transmitted, your browser type and version, your operating system and IP address. This data is stored separately from other data which you enter during the course of your use of our offering. We cannot attribute this data to a particular person. The data includes no information whatsoever which enables it to be traced back to individual persons. The data is collected and used exclusively for statistical and analytical purposes such as the enhancement of our offering, after which it is deleted.
The collection and use of personal data
We only collect and use personal data (e.g. name and email address) if you enter this data in an input field or include it in an email which you send to us for the purpose of an enquiry or to make use of a service or product and if you have expressly consented to the collection and use of this data. Data inputs of this nature are voluntary. Your personal data is only used for a specific purpose (e.g. to respond to your enquiry or for processing an order or contract).
Master data
In so far as a contractual relationship is to be established between you and us or its content extended or amended, we collect and use your personal data to the extent that this is necessary to achieve these purposes.
If so ordered by the competent authorities we may disclose information about this data (master data) on a case by case basis in so far as this is necessary for criminal prosecution, the avoidance of danger, to comply with the statutory duties of the authorities for the protection of the constitution or the military counter-intelligence service or for the assertion of rights to intellectual property.
Usage data
In so far as necessary we collect and use your personal data to make it possible to take advantage of or invoice our Internet offering (usage data). This particularly includes attributes to identify you as well as information on the beginning, end and extent of the use of our offering.
We are allowed to create usage profiles using pseudonyms for the purposes of promotion, market research and the configuration of our web offering in line with demand. You have at all times the right to object to this use of your data. We are not permitted to link the usage profiles with data about the owner of the pseudonym and we will not do this.
Transmission of personal data to third parties.
As a matter of principle we will not pass your personal data to third parties unless such disclosure is necessary for the purpose of processing the contract, for example passing order information to suppliers, or for invoicing purposes or if you have expressly consented to this in advance.
Anonymity
Usage of and payment for all services we offer, in so far as is technically possible and reasonable, is also permitted without disclosing such data or with disclosure of anonymised data or a pseudonym.
Cancellation right
You have the right at any time to revoke an agreement you have given for the collection and use of personal data with effect for the future. In order to do this you can contact us by post or email at info@eubiona.de.
Right to information
You have the right to request information about your person which is saved or your pseudonym free of charge. The information can also be provided electronically if you so request. In order to do this you can contact us by post or email to info@eubiona.de.
The correction, blocking or deletion of data.
If necessary you have the right to require that your personal data be corrected, blocked or deleted free of charge. Your personal data is deleted if you revoke your consent to the data being retained, if information about you is no longer necessary to fulfil the purpose pursued by the retention of your data or if its retention is no longer permissible or becomes no longer permissible for other legal reasons.
Objection to the commercial use of our contact data
The use by third parties of contact data which has been disclosed in our "Legal Notices" section or the use of similar information such as postal addresses, phone or fax numbers and email addresses for sending information which has not been expressly requested is prohibited unless we have previously given our written consent or if a business relationship is already in existence. We expressly reserve the right to take legal steps against senders of what are called "spam" emails if they infringe this prohibition. The service-providers and all persons named in this web-site hereby object to any commercial use and circulation of their data.
Cookies and other technology
When individual pages are accessed so-called "cookies" are used to facilitate navigation. Cookies are small text files which are installed on your terminal (PC or smartphone etc.). The cookies used on our web-site collect no data about you and are completely anonymous. They do no harm to your computer and contain no viruses. Some of the cookies we use are deleted at the end of the browser session, in other words when you close your browser. These are called "session cookies". Other cookies remain on your terminal and enable us or our partner companies to recognise your browser on your next visit ("permanent cookies").
You can prevent the installation of cookies by a corresponding setting of your browser software: you can either refuse acceptance of cookies in specific or all cases or alternatively you can decide whether or not to accept cookies on a case by case basis. However, we draw your attention to the fact that in this case you will not be able to use all the functions of this web-site to their full extent.
Use of the analysis tool "Google Analytics"
This web-site uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses what are called "cookies," text files which are saved on your computer and which make it possible to analyse your use of the web-site. The information about your use of this web-site generated by the cookies is normally forwarded to a Google server in the USA and saved there. If IP anonymisation has been activated on this web-site your IP address will however first be abbreviated by Google within the member states of the European Union or in other signatory states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The complete IP address will only be transferred to a Google server in the USA in exceptional cases. Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this web-site to evaluate your use of the web-site, to compile reports about web-site activities and to perform further services relating to website and Internet usage for the web-site operator. The IP address gathered from your browser by Google Analytics will not be combined with other data by Google. You can prevent the installation of cookies by making a corresponding setting in your browser software. However, if you do this we must point out that in this case you will not be able to use all functions of this web-site to their full extent. You can also prevent the capture of the data created by the cookie relating to your use of the web-site (including your IP address) by Google and the data being processed by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link (http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de).
You will find more details on terms and conditions of use and data protection at www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html or at http://www.google.com/intl/de/analytics/privacyoverview.html.
We wish to point out that in this web-site the code "gat._anonymizeIp();” was added to Google Analytics in order to ensure that IP addresses were anonymised (what is called "IP masking").
